Who doesn't love candles? This is a lime green candle with GLITTER all over it. I'm a sucker for all things shimmery and glittery. And the stand is also from the dollar store. It's a watermelon color! My MIL gave this to me as a gift for throwing a party and I love it! I actually keep it in Elaina's room because it fits in better there.

I have this cute money bank that I got at the D.ollar S.pot at Target! I heart piggy banks! And who can beat a dollar?!?!?!

A thrift store find... I call these my apothecary bottles. I got them for $.49 apiece!

A dollar store frame. Normally dollar store frames have plastic instead of real glass. This darling has real glass and the frame is made out of ceramic! However the little kickstand in the back is a piece of junk and it doesn't sit very well! Luckily it has places to hang on the wall!
Because I've neglected y'all for soooo long... I'm doing TWO reviews in one post. Yay! Maybe I should do more than one at a time anyway. It can be pretty dull to just come and look at dollar items!
Fall decorating is so much fun! I found these cool candle holders at a dollar store last night and they're heavy ceramic. They're quite large, too! I haven't decided where to put them just yet (and I forgot to buy the candles for them in my haste). But aren't they fabulous?!?!?!
Stocking stuffers are one of my favorite things about Christmas! And I always try to find fun socks to stuff the stockings with. I found these at the same dollar store as the leaf candle dishes last night. These socks actually last a long time. I still have Elaina's socks from Christmas last year for Abby to use!!!
I give BOTH reviews:
So go out to your neighborhood dollar store and find some HOT dealz!!! Would love to hear about them!

Remember this
product? It was one of the first I blogged about! My dear friend Marisa over at X-Factor (private blog) bought one because she saw my review and this is her personal rating!!!
"Dax LOVES it and reads the letters off while I am getting his food ready. The only thing is, ours is a little warped...so it bends up instead of laying flat. Only for that, I'd give it a 4 instead of 5 for durability issues, but I like it and am glad we have it!
Ris"Thank you so much for your review! I love seeing other peoples' thoughts and opinions on their dollar deal$. Coming up in the next few days------ holiday decor!
We are THAT Family really inspired me to break out what little decorations I have and inspired me to want to go buy more!

These are from H.obbly L.obby! It was 50% on stickers so I got each of these for a $1 a piece!
Did you know you can get scrapbooking items at the dollar store? Yup, the pic (above and below) is from D.eals! Those scissors are usually $3.99 at other craft stores!
Now these are awesome! These are HUGE stickers and they say they're for the wall. I say their for my scrapbooking... but I DID have to test them out on the wall...
Here's some sticker dots in Abigail's room (don't mind the wind chime hanging down from the ceiling--- I took the pic at an odd angle. It's actually center to her name).
There is a lot of cheesy scrapbooking supplies at dollar stores but I was able to find some cute embellishments and stickers! You just have to be selective... I've also bought 12X12 paper packs from the dollar store as well!
With fall around the corner I thought I'd start posting some of my holiday finds over the past few years! This is a fun planter box. I've never planted anything in it! We actually keep it by the front door and drop junk it in (like keys and random toys).
I'm going to give this beautiful, solid wood decor item...

It's just beautiful, as you can see in the picture! Definitely been a blessing since I bought it about 4 or 5 years ago. I don't remember which dollar store I bought it from. I just know it was from a dollar store!

My SIL,
Anne, had one of these to keep her counters clear of dish-clutter that accumulates throughout a busy SAHM's day! So I thought, "I have got to try this!"
I happened upon this one for a dollar at T.arget. I used it a few times and thought, "WOW! This thing is amazing. I don't have dishes piling up between meals!"
You put your dish soap into the handle. When you press the sponge part onto your dishes, with some water, it will release the soap so you can quickly wash your dish! There's even a little scraper at the top to get tough crud off. I loved that I could clean up after lunch without even getting my hands wet!
But the second day I had it, this happened:

This item is getting:

Don't even waste your time! Go buy a good-quality one for a few more bucks. It'll last longer and won't fall apart!
These dishes look like they go together. But one of them is a dollar store item whereas the other was from an expensive set I got for Christmas one year. Bowl or plate? Which is from the dollar store?!
The BOWL is from the dollar store and it is HUGE! I couldn't believe how perfect it matched my set, too. They're made of the same material and have the same glazing. Yet one was more expensive?! That's why it pays to check out the dollar stores sometimes!
I give this bowl:
No doubt about it! I've dropped these on accident, I microwave them (whereas I've broken a couple plates, thanks to my dog tripping me) and they're still going strong. These were found at D.eals.
